Surely any player is worth what Gus and Ellis think he's worth. It's almost as if some of you guys are spending your own money. To be fair most good manager only get it right in the transfer market about 2 out of 3 times, others....lets say MON...much worse than that. It's all a bit of a gamble. Not sure i'd be over joyed with Ada but if Gus feels he's the man, then he's the man, and that goes for anyone else he wants. He will live and die by his results......as for Bentner, I can't believe how short a memory some of you have. HE WAS SH*TE, Arsenal have farmed him out all over the place and now can't give him away.
I can't believe some of you boys are comparing Adebayor with friggin Bendtner! Totally different levels, I've seen Adebayor rip some top teams apart as well as having a very good scoring record at times. I've never seen Bendtner do neither. I wouldn't want neither though as I do think Adebayor would want to high wages and may bring trouble with him.
I did mate, I compared them cause they're both inconsistant and a lazy waste of space, Talent is irrelevant when you can't be arsed. Which is why I'd rather have a lazy waste for free than pay 10 million for one. I don't want neither.
And that sums it up in one why i hope we never see him at our stadium, unless he's playing for the opposition of course. Utter waste of space.
