She's clearly not had much experience with a proper man to make a statement like that, is she a scouser too ? <whistle>

you guys all know the reputed fee for sanhez is 34mil... it might work great for arsenal but its still not an out and ut stiker they need and also its at least 10mil over pay.

We'e KNOWN for at least 3/4 weeks we was not interested FFS. chill about it... as for rodriguez? one good torunament and we'll gush 60mil on one player? no thanks.

For me 34mil is a bargain. He's a world class player, and I'd personally be more than happy to spend that on him.

Completely agree on Rodriguez - one good tournament and people are ****ing over him.

I think exactly the same about Sanchez tbh Sky <ok> Never wanted us to be shafted with him as part of the Suarez deal. If he'd rather play at the Emiratezzzz than Anfield I think that tells you all you need to know about the lad anyway <doh> A nice quiet post-Barca retirement for him.

well... if he were contracted up and playing for barca more yeah... he is good and all but f me if they'd moved in may they would have got him for 18mil REPUTEDLY of course.

Ok so barca have 30 mil form failbregas and 34 from sanchez so not all they need to is offer us the money and we then go find a few players on the up <ok>

Arsenal would still need a striker to be taken serious as Giroud really isn't that great.

yes.. i expect that geting shut of podolski is an upgrade for them if you put ramsey and flamini behind sanchez, ozil and ox/walcott then really its very strong but giroud is a real weakness. One really good forward and you have to say they have a fine first 11 indeed.

Mertesacker and Kowanky are a good partnership.

Pint of <ale> with your sour grapes ?

He scored 21 goals for Barca last season, the lad is just 25 and about to hit his prime. You would have loved to have him at Liverpool. Unless you're happy to settle for Rickie Lambert that is ?

Sorry Sky. He isn't a bargain at £34 Million. He's good but not world class. We already have players who can do what he does. Therefore for LFC he's not the right man.

If Arsenal do get him then odds-on he does an Ozil and find his game just does not match up to the Prem requirements.

Not sour grapes at all just a very successful fishing trip <laugh>

In fairness Pixie I said before that I didn't want him as part of a swap deal...he scored 21 for them last season (in La Liga where my gran would get at least 15 a season) and yet they still can't wait to get rid  As for the Lambert thing, I'm not sure he'll pull up many trees but as a squad player I'm more than happy at £4mill. Lambert or Giroud? Hmmmm......

A touch harsh on Lambert (and Billy), I feel, but otherwise I totally agree with this post. <ok>

Well Lambert Scored 13 and got 11 assists playing for Southampton, those stats aren't too shabby either.

As for Sanchez, i'd have Reus over him any day. Been crying out his name ever since it was confirmed Suarez was leaving.
Only player close enough to replace him. Hope Sanchez's rejection is a blessing. And now we go all out for Reus.

Btw who would you fancy, Reus or Sanchez?

Reus is not going to go to you, or probably us for that matter, if he becomes available real, barca, man u, chelsea ect will be interested, and unfortunately they all have a bigger pull than you, and probably us as well. Unless of course you blow them out of the water with transfer fee and wages, and that seems unlikely, let's be honest.

We will have a gap of 170k on the wage bill and a huge pile of dosh to spend. Barca's bank account will be raped and Where would Reus fit in the Real team? Chelsea have just spunked a load on Fabregas and are now after Pogba and United....<laugh>
So, to me, it's a real possibility if BR wants him.
