I'm going for a comfortable 2 - 0 to the Germans. Brazil will huff and puff a bit with the home ferver but don't see them threatening too much.

Brazil will be missing Neymar and Silva both vital cogs in the team, so this will vastly improve Germany's chances and might tip the balance in their favour - providing the officials play fair.

I think both semis could go to penalties, unless Messi gets an 119th minute goal.

Importantly I hope the refs play it straight.

It appears there are widespread concerns about the officiating, which must be a valid concern. I wonder if the ref's team will "over compensate" or maybe crack under the pressure? I wouldn't be at all surprised if there was some controversy!

I think this match will expose the refs one way or another if there is any match fixing or not....

I think FIFA and the officials have been trying to clear a path one way or another for a Argies v Brazil and Messi v Neymar showdown in the final since the beginning of the tournament.

I personally think it will end up Germany v Holland in the final, but for selfish reasons, will be supporting Argentina.

Yep, there's a definite whiff of something in the air.

If it's any consolation I'm going for a Germany v Argentina final... and with my predicting prowess you're sure to win the sweepstake. Did I say win? Oh well, better luck next time :p

Has been for years. Remember the Panorama special about World Cup tickets in exchange for votes? Brazen corruption of the highest order. They are untouchable.
