It's a time of mercenaries, it appears: http://www.stokesentinel.co.uk/Stok...aying-field/story-21338317-detail/story.html?
its a bit early in the transfer window for clubs like City to be bullied into ridiculous demands (if true) - If true its definitely time to look elswhere
My source spoke to Steve Bruce on Saturday. He's been in holiday in America watching the World Cup but he's going to get back to work this week and it's expected to be very active. Steve Bruce has a lovely tan and he's put on half a stone whilst eating enormous steaks and burgers out there. Dawson is definitely leaving spurs and we are the front runners. Paul Ince wanted a £250k loan fee to allow his son to join any club on loan in January which is apparently why he went to Palace. Rooney is on a massive wage and he's crap. ⛵️⚓️ All from a well informed and very reliable inside source of course.
'TOM Ince is reportedly stalling on signing for Hull City in the hope that the likes of Stoke City'....the likes of stoke city. Pardon?
If Tom Ince has an offer on the table from City then I would have hoped that Brucey would be saying after a week of Ince being able to think the offer over, sign by Wednesday and join us in Portugal or forget it! According to Burnsy, Ince Snr seeking a £350k agents fee, its seems to be a circus and disproportionately about money, not about what may be best for Tom Inces playing career? By all means it's important Tom Ince gets a good financial deal, but with it all being played out in the media for the best part of a year now its getting beyond a joke. The baggage coming with this potential move is beginning to look too heavy! The only upside is that at c£3.5m Tom Ince will offer City the potential opportunity to make money on a future transfer deal
Can't understand the fuss about Ince - Okay, he stood out in a poor Blackpool team but what has he done at PL level? Pulis soon saw through him and his mercenary old man. Even if he does sign for us this episode of hawking himself around will hardly endear him to the fans and i aren't really fussed whether he comes or not.
From what I seem to remember agents are usually looking for 10%, so does this indicate that £3.5M is the price would have to pay for him?
What fuss? I agree however, personally I'm not bothered whether he joins or not as for me he would not be in the starting eleven as it stands; its a squad strengthening exercise
My understanding is that it would most likely go to a tribunal, and the Fail stated last week (rightly or wrongly) that City were hoping to wrap up a deal at £3.5m which is below Blackpool's valuation. I'm sure that's all being discussed in the background. Regarding agents fees they will hold their hand for what they can get, it does seem however that clubs today with the sums involved are seeking to leave the agents 'pay off' to the player himself these days if possible.
Some site I've never heard of, are claiming that we're interested in taking Nigerian international centre-back Kenneth Omeruo, on loan from Chelsea. http://www.sl10.ng/news/articles/ca...d/kenneth-omeruo-on-hull-city-s-radar/168410?
Apparently Ince is at the KC again this morning. I can't understand why Blackpool should get anything for him though. He's not under contract, why isn't he free to leave? Crazy rule.
My uncle's just text to say Ince and his dad are viewing a flat next to him at the moment, he's more bothered about seeing Paul with him being a United fan but still... He better bloody sign. I can see this becoming a hymers/helicopter etc style **** up if he doesn't!
