I will be in France for next season and betting on line over there looks like a complete nightmare because of stupid laws, does anyone know of any online bookies that I can open here and use in France as well. The ones I use at the moment will not work over there even if I did use an IP shield programme. Thanks for any help James UTG
James if you speak to Ron on the Wycombe board or PM him he may be able to help you...http://www.not606.com/member.php/1000896-Ron I believe he lives in France and runs the horse racing forum on this site so I assume knows a fair bit. Other than that the guy that runs this site works in the bookie business...http://www.not606.com/member.php/743-MalteseMick So one of them must be able to help you.
you could change your ip address to a UK one - relatively easy using firefox browser. there are a number of threads on French expat forums which explain how to do it. I only use for iplayer/netflix so not sure if it would work for betting, but would assume so.
You can use certain betting sites abroad if you use the correct ip, i.e one in England. My parents live abroad so when I visit them it is still possible to bet, its not too bad if your using a main stream bookmaker like skybet or bet365
