    Being reported by Ballague that it's a done deal @ 75m euros and he's agreed a 5 year deal

    Whatever the exact figure it's apparent that it's about to be concluded

    Yep. Strange that it's being announced so soon though. Would've thought they'd at least try and do a Tottenham. Looks like it's going to be another Andy Caroll/Stewart Downing esque transfer window.

    If this is the case then Ayre and co have well and truly thrown the baby out with the bath water. Stupid unnecessary deal no doubt driven by our sponsors getting their nickers in a twist. Suarez is worth 80minimum to us

    £63m is way too low, unless it's the first cash installment and there are ~£10m of performance-based add-ons

    Thats what the deal should be, but it will be £64m and forcing Barca to sell Sanchez to Arsenal.

    i agree it'd be a faker cos thats 16mil for sanchez when every other gruber is saying sanchez would be a separate deal.

    if they do this crap surely they would bother get it close... in anyevent the real tonybarrett doesn't have a capital I in times...

    If this is true we have been totally screwed on this deal. If Ian Ayre can not even get £70M for one of the elite players in the world he needs to get sacked. I was actually happy when I heard Suarez was leaving but I did not expect to get so screwed over the insulting fee.
