Matth you plonker, the fact that Shaw is a "long term investment" and only a kid, who has much more of his career to look forward to, is the very reason why he should be getting paid LESS. He is an "investment" and not the finished article as Lallana is (he is unlikely to improve a great deal). So Shaw should get more in anticipation of him becoming this awesome player, which may not even happen. Yet Lallana gets less for what he can contribute now? Matth logic......

I really can't believe liverpool spent 25 million on him. Then again they paid 35 for andy carroll... I think that their shrewd signings are their best ones. Sturridge, coutinho...etc.. Lallana cost more than freaking suarez. People should be less concerned about english talent when they command that kind of fee.
