No, my photo of said bearded tit doesn't want to load. That's the trouble with bearded tits; they are unreliable and inconstant.

    Now that is ironic.

Sort of yeah, but then that was the glue that made the team so positive as a unit last year. It's just come back to bite us.

Not really sort of is it? They are all in a lil group wanting to leave, so **** them. So what if last season they were being positive etc, they are now different.

I know. There's just a little bit of me that admires collective responsibility and standing by a principle, however misguided.

But yes, clearly having decided to do this prior to looking at what the potential future here holds is rather stupid. It does make me think that they have some kind of "common enemy" though. Likely a Reed-shaped one.

Just give the money to Koeman and say 'Build us a team'. It's a manager's dream. No real expectation and a free hand with no need to try and shoehorn existing players into positions. I would say it's even better than inheriting a great side. That never tends to work out. This could work out really well for us. Blank canvas and all that. Of course it's a pity but we will be loaded and should be able to build a side capable of being built further on come next season.

Yep all Reed's fault... It's simply players wanting to leave to play at a bigger club. Some do it gracefully others don't. It is not always some one elses fault for how a player or players react.

Has there been anymore news on what the trigger for this group thing was? It can't just be that they don't like someone. It can the just because the manager was leaving. Is there any truth In The bonus payment discussion?

There must be something. It can't just be petulant behaviour can it?

My thoughts exactly FLT. Something big must have triggered this all off and I would be surprised if it is solely down to Nicola and Poch leaving.

It's got to be the smell of money and higher possibility (or probability?) of winning things - there careers are fairly short and they may only have this one summer when their stock is this high (funny old game).

On both those levels I can understand it (if you think it's their job rather than as a fan) but there are ways of doing it that can leave a less bitter feeling - although frankly if push came to shove?!

Mauricio and Cortese made them think big and believe in themselves and we got success...the downside is they think they are bigger than the club. Nicola was also a big character (though not literally :))...he dragged us and the team to the EPL with the power of his personality (and the bit some forget...Katharina's money). It couldn't go on forever like that (KL is no Abramovich and she's all the better for that). But this isn't the end...it's the start of the next phase.

Well, the advert he put in the paper is ****. It is more about our love for him than his love for us. Arrogant Twatbeard.
