    Big difference in how the club reported the Shaw and Rickie deals, and how they're reporting this. He's only had one good season in the Prem anyway, hope he's **** for them. *shakes fist* ****in' Lord Twatbeard.

    Saddens me that Lallana has gone, but what saddens me more is the response of the fans. Why should you expect a player to be loyal to a club if this is a fair representation of the fanbase?

    According to Didi Hamman, selling English players like Shaw and Lallana for what we did is why English players don't get a look in in the PL. Nah, they were on long term contracts and are yet to hit their peak years. If the big clubs want them then they will (and have had to) pay through the nose for them.

    he also mentioned that if they were foreign they would have cost a third of the price. Didi you plank, there is a certain home grown rule where you have to get English players into the squad. Supply and demand is not a difficult notion to comprehend.
