Well it does coincide with Spurs wanting Vorm in some sort of swap with Gylfi, as I see him as the deal AM to replace Michu.

 

Ben Davies just about gone. Deal done. Who's next? Vorm I presume, although I hope we get rid of some of the players who never/rarely make the team. Hopefully the Davies deal means we'll get Gylfi.

 

We're in danger of having to rebuild a team this summer if you ask me.

Ben davies IS poor positionally sometimes but its just a learning curve and he Will Get better as time goes on,knowing when to bomb forward and when to stay back is key.

He Will learn though IMO .

Ash should be helping him in this respect, but its not just him all our defenders go walkabout on a regular basis,ive been harsh on ben in the past but i also understand he is still cutting his teeth, the others should have more disiplin e

 

Good nutshell there Norway, if it wasn't for Taylor being around Id be a bit leery of letting Ben go . 8 million is good business and we solve the "Taylor " limited minute problem . Think Ben might struggle with the Spurs , think musty has it right and Ben should be moved to midfield .

 

Am I the only one who thinks ben is better than Taylor. I think Taylor is an ok LB, but is nowhere near where BD will be now or in years to come. He is prone to stupid mistakes. If I had the choice of us loosing one it would be taylor i would be letting go.

 

I like both and hope both stay but Taylor's agent has been making noises about him not getting game time lately.

Looks like the Club are "sitting down with Michu" this week so that seems a bit strange if he's already had a medical at Napoli. Silly season yet again.
