Practically all countries represented have - except for England. I reckon the cameraman who spent all game scouring the massed stands for female beauty in the England ranks was made redundant when the inevitable happened. Pity how our fans when focussed on did not light up. Mostly the beauties cheered up even if they're team was losing at the time when the camera focussed on them. The best they could do with England was a few glum faces and a couple of lads crying.
