Penalty shoot out made me think back I couldn't have sat through that at Wembley - I was a nervous wreck wanting Chilli to win couldn't imagine what I would have been like had it been our City against the Arsensal back in May!!! Might have had to go sit in the loo!!!

How could Howard & his officials have missed/ignored such blatant cheating ? Also, I thought that there was some rule about using a "stutter step" run up, like Neymar did, although that is much harder to enforce for a ref to be certain a pen taker comes to a full stop. Very very lucky Brazil....rigged.
