Come on, it was pretty damn good apart from the FA cup **** up. Besides, I think it is the potential of the the now......fragmenting squad not being realised that adds to the frustration.

My point is it could have been better. If Pochettino had rotated the squad and we'd had fewer injuries, we might not have had that mid-season slump and we could have got 6th place. For all the plaudits we got, we were closer to Newcastle and Stoke than we were to United.

That was what was being reported a week or so ago in the media. If so, it's utterly ridiculous (and you can't blame the lad).
