Right, lets knock this on the head now. He hardly ever plays that. It's mainly 4-5-1 or 4-2-3-1. Something like that anyway.

Just to go over this one more time, Koeman doesn't favour a 5-3-2. The Mirror said he does and I have no idea where they got it from. It's always been 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3, wherever he's been.

That's a massive price range! I'd be happy to pay £20mill for Rodriguez but not 30.

Well other French players with Polish names do not use the standard Polish pronunciation, so I'd be surprised (although that doesn't stop commentators from mispronouncing them of course). "Kossyelny" being the obvious example.

That's pretty much how it'd be pronounced in Poland, as far as I'm aware.

Just for funsies I'm going to predict who we will sign

    Forster
    Van Dijk
    Immers
    Pelle
    Cresswell
    Zamora
    Fierro

By my calculations this would cost in the region of 1 Luke Shaw, depending how much Fierro costs

    £7.5m, possibly rising to £12m. £25k a week.

Really, really, really hope you're not right about Pelle and Immers.

    Would be more like Koshtsielny.

Bit of a tangent but Szczesny is another one whose name is never pronounced correctly. The e is like the e in Lech Walesa, so it should be something like "Shchensny".

God this 5-3-2 stuff is so annoying. Shows how much people know about Koeman I suppose.

Yep I'm completely on board with this. I don't even want a keeper as lots of other people seem to.

Similarly, Kim Kallstrom isn't just Kallstrom, it's more of a "Shellstruhm". Of course, we can go massive pedant and get in a pissy about Ronaldo being pronounced with an R sound (and Ronaldinho, and Robinho etc etc) but I dunno if that's a step too far.

Gazza as back up then? We need a GK.

I suppose, but I'd rather we didn't spend £8-10m on a new starter, just get a cheap backup better than Gazza which shouldn't be too difficult.

My typical solution on FM right now would be to look for an out-of-contract veteran keeper and give him a one year contract, or find a very promising young keeper (like Gazza but better) who wouldn't be expensive.

I'd make a cheeky offer to Ochoa.

Yep, Ochoa would be a good option there, and I'd be very happy with Timothy. If Ronald can use his Feyenoord influence to somehow sneak one of the centre backs too, that would be a really positive start to proceedings.
