what loss? we got him for 23mil max... if we get anything over 40mil + £1 its been a genius move from henry to keep him as we got cl football out of it.. 60-70mil+ is still easily the fee so.... quids in i say.
I can see one or the other with say ~£50m, but not both. Both and £20m would be more realistic. Then use that to get Moreno.

Sanchez is worth about £20m to £25m, Pedro is what, £15m? Plus £10m or £15m makes the deal worth £45m to £55m to us. we want more than that.

Then it comes down to Liverpool. Do we want rid asap or do we want to keep our prized asset? If its the latter than he won't be going anywhere unless we receive an offer that is impossible to refuse.
Could be somewhere inbetween me thinks.. If the ban is International only and doesn't effect Domestic, then we could hold out for a larger fee.. If there is any Domestic ban as well, then that could have a negative impact on the fee/package we could get from any buying team.
we want the best deal. end of. there is absolutely no way LFC can sustain a fire sale to please mancs nor cut their own throats regarding future performance. If the best deal is hang on thats LFC decision. If the best deal is to force 70mil min out for the Spanish teams fine. anyone who says we shoudl just get rid will be the same guys whinging if we do just that and will then blame ayre for getting only 50mil.
Doesn't the Spanish League start later than the English League? So he would miss less games in Spain than England? Seeing as its only the two Spanish giants that could afford him, don't think it would have difference on fee.
