Capello Tells England Players to Learn Italian

    I have never agreed with a foreign coach being allowed to manage England. I would go as far to say it should be a FIFA ruling that the coach should be a citizen of the country - as is obviously the rule with players.

    But why is the English FA paying Capello record wages? And he has the audacity not to learn English.

    We should have an English Manager!!!!
