As for the 4.25 at Royal Ascot, I can see why Leading Light is odds on with some bookmakers for the Gold Cup. His only defeat last season was in the Arc, where his victories included the Queen's Vase and St. Leger. I think he'll win but two horses who are good each way value are Brown Panther and Royal Diamond - the latter is tipped by Pricewise in the Racing Post, he won the Long Distance Cup on Qipco Champions Day at Ascot in October. But Brown Panther has more solid credentials in winning last season's Goodwood Cup before running a respectable race in the Melbourne Cup, he's the main danger to the favourite IMO and represents much better value in the sense he's a good each way bet.

Falafel with spicy salsa, rice and carrots. Small bowl of pumpkin soup with a roll. 8/10 - a nice and spicy alternative. Take Crowdmania to burst out and make all under Fanning in the Britannia Stakes
I haven't looked today, but one thing I wonder is how good is the St Leger winner, and is he being backed with the hope that he is another Yeats? I prefer the Ayr Gold Cup to this one, these should be going over obstacles!
Afternoon all 705 licence to till should be called license to print 6/5 early doors has long gone now 810 me and my shadow should go well at around 3s throw in clock opera for the rf 910 Algar lad
Agree with that yep. He's priced up like a Yeats already, in fact I'd be sure Yeats was odds-against in this race even having won it previous! He was decent value a few days ago though. Don't forget he's a very good horse, only defeat was in the Arc. I wouldn't say he should be a 1-3 shot but at the same time I'd be a very worried bookie laying him as him (and the Great War) are the only horses the 'lads' have backed all week. Good luck Jeff, I've a hefty double on The Great War and Leading Light at 3.2-1.
another great win for Frankie! I thought that Baitha Alga had looked above average when I saw the horse at Epsom
Bookies off to a great start already with The Great War not even placed in the opener at Royal Ascot!
The lads got their fingers scorched their, myself included! Priced up on hype clearly but when the money poured on and their Coventry horse ran ok yesterday I assumed this fellow was a step up but sadly not We're in for a bookies day if Stoute's good thing in the next or Leading Light don't oblige.
Leading Light's odds are drifting for the Ascot Gold Cup (no longer odds on), the opposite for Brown Panther (if I'm right, backed from 8/1 to 5/1). Leading Light has the class to win but not prepared to back it at those odds.
