Would a Spain, Brazil, Argentina etc, be able to beat a Man City, Bayern, Barcelona?

What about England, as a team how well would it do in the Prem? (aye i know it means teams losing their players).

I think England would be in that Spurs, Everton area of the table pushing for a CL place.

I reckon the top club country's in Europe would give any country in the world a run for their money.

Clubs easily win for me. Not every country has world class every position but the top clubs can afford that. Couple that with regular playing together over occasional tournaments and friendlies and clubs every time for me.

I think England would walk the premiership.

Imagine Liverpool with Rooney instead of Suarez, Welbeck instead of Coutinho. I consider that this would weaken their team and probably drop them out of the Champions League places. Other changes would be less significant. Baines would likely be an improvement as, possibly, would Joe Hart. Cahill and Jagielka in defence? Probably little change.

    Yeah.
This squad is better than any club squad I think.

    1 Joe Hart - -
    13 Ben Foster - -
    22 Fraser Forster - -
    Defenders

    2 Glen Johnson - -
    3 Leighton Baines - -
    5 Gary Cahill - -
    6 Phil Jagielka - -
    12 Chris Smalling - -
    16 Phil Jones - -
    23 Luke Shaw - -
    Midfielders

    4 Steven Gerrard - -
    7 Jack Wilshere - -
    8 Frank Lampard - -
    14 Jordan Henderson - -
    15 Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain - -
    17 James Milner - -
    19 Raheem Sterling - -
    20 Adam Lallana - -
    21 Ross Barkley - -
    Forwards

    9 Daniel Sturridge - -
    10 Wayne Rooney - -
    11 Danny Welbeck - -
    18 Rickie Lambert - -

See that's the weak section for me, yeah there's quality there but if any of the green get injured I think England would begin to slide down the table, there just isn't the defensive depth there to maintain a title challenge for me, Europa/Champions league placing I reckon

I remember Columbia beating the great AC Milan team 2-0 prior to the World Cup in the US in 1994. They were heavily tipped to win that World Cup but it turned out a shambles for them..

If I remember, the threat of execution by the drug cartels put a bit of extra pressure on them which they couldn't handle. One player who scored an own goal was shot dead on his return to the country.

You must mean rugby as there is no premiership in Football. Plus I think they'd be around 8th at best in the premier leaguew

Good article- something I always find myself asking.

Saying England would finish 8th in the Epl is silly IMO. Almost all of the players in the first 11 were in the running until the bitter end. They almost all play for champions league teams.

Asking if they'd win the Epl doesn't work as taking English players out of their clubs would weaken the big 4.

Asking if Chelsea/ City would beat the world's best international teams?? I'd love to find out!

The favourites for the tournament were Spain. Would Messi or Neymar get in their first eleven? I think they would, I think Barcelona are a stronger team than Spain and Real Madrid are better still.

International football you get what you are given, have a load of maney if you want a good club team. Personally I find the Euros better than the WC.
