Hi Folks, A couple weeks ago whislt driving to work along the M1 to Brisbane ( here in Australia ) ................. I saw this number plate 67QPR Now I don't now if it said 67OPR or 67QPR although I believe I saw a 'Q' and not an 'O'. The colours were white letters with a blue background. Does any Aussie forum member own this plate?????????????????? please log in to view this image The more I look at the original image, it looks like a 'Q'.
That's my car mate and yes it's a Q . 67 is my year of birth plus the year of our famous win ( as if you didn't know ) .thinking of getting 14 QPR for our other car .
Sorry Rob...bought QPR 14 last night in memory. Got black and white t go with the black Audi....SORRY Will post when it arrives EDIT...Im 67 to so may be intrested in a trade?
If you got QPR14 Queens that means I can get 14QPR , as long as it's still available . Looking to replace our other car soon with a white car and will get a black and silver rego plate also .
Go for your life mate...PPQ got some decent plates for QPR still up for grabs Ill be looking out for you mate !
I've got K14OPR in the uk. I put a black dot on the O every now and again. Have the QPR rear window sticker and Tax Disc Holder. Really wanted a golf umbrella but they don't do them. Unless someone in the UK knows different.
Great stuff, mate. It's taken me years to get PPQ to make this plate up but at least you, Queens and the guys will notice me on the road! Aussie please log in to view this image
Well, here I am minding my own business and low and behold, I see the car again with the number plate ........ 67-QPR So as I come along side of the vehicle, I wind the electric window down ( keep in mind it is still dark and the lights are on ) ........ and as I pass, I give a nod and a wave to the driver. ( have we met before........ I'm not sure, the only time was when I met Queens, Nick and some of the local gang up at the Pig & Whistle. ( My memory is poor to say the least ) Anyway, as I pass I notice 'Mrs Robina Ranger Qld' is driving the car and is probably startled by some wally driving pass, waving like a galah. I continue on ................. again, it is still dark, so some boofhead in a silver ute is probably only freaking out the poor lady. So as I continue on once more, I reflect on what must have been an interesting event for 'Mrs Robina Ranger Qld'. I now pass on my condolences if I frighten this good lady in any way but it was meant to be just a bit of common courtesy, a hello ........... all the same. Aussie.
