Some disgraceful and insensitive comments on here about these young lads. What if one of the poor boys reads this site and has just seen himself compared to 1D? He'd be heartbroken. Be sensible chaps.
A few observations: 1) Do you realise just how amazingly difficult it is for any lad to get a scholarship at a professional club? 2) Any small lad that is offered one must be a bit special. 3) The likes of Rooney (mentioned elsewhere in this thread) who play first team football at the age of seven are freaks not the norm. 4) Give these lads a chance and let's wait and see... Up The Tigers!
