    Agreed. Let's play a 34 and 35 year old in the middle of the park so the Italy team can just walk around us...

    The reason Gerrard played well was because he had Henderson/Allen/Coutinho/Sterling doing his running. If Lampard partners him, who does both of their running?!

    At least Dixon had a bit of pace and energy to his team. I'd still have Barkley ahead of Rooney though.

    ITV pundits are trying so hard to find negatives, it just highlights the media attitude toward England. Negative slant, every time. Why can't we just enjoy the football. We are very unlikely to win an international tournament so lets just enjoy it rather than looking for something to complain about all the time
