Art Sherman certainly is confident and it would be good to see him do it regardless of the depth of it, it's not easy to do. I haven't backed anything but think Wicked Strong should be suited by this trip and could be thereabouts. Any Grandeur backers I wonder?
Plenty of good racing in France also. Abyssial looks rock solid. No idea for prices yet but I'd take 2/1 if anyone fancied taking him on.
backed the irish raiders in france and scotland Abbyssial 5/4 Diakali 5/2 Ningbo Express 2/5 Killenmore 7/4 Acca and win Lucky
Anyone see VAYLAND win the last at Hexham yesterday evening? Lines up again today for the Perth bumper and looks a wheelbarrow job at 9/4 to me!
My main bet today is Rydan 2.25 Goodwood. Does anyone on here know the best way to get to Ascot from central London, tube stations etc?
Non runner. Should leave the door open for Elliott's now. In fact Elliott should have a few winners on the card there today.
On the South Western line to Reading so easiest way is to get to somewhere like Kew Bridge then get the train to Feltham and then on to Ascot
Shame, favourite looks vulnerable to me being a mare with a penalty so may just have to have a go on Bowens gelding whos dam won a bumper.
Of course there is, that's South West also. A bit hungover mate after yesterdays antics. I can categorically tell you that we were the last to leave the racecourse yesterday and I have the head to prove it!
As a matter of interest stick, what have those 7 runners gone on to achieve (ie is he using bumpers purely as an introduction to the track environment prior to a hurdling career, or does he just not get decent horses?)
Are ya on your aul buddy Hold Em Cowboy up at Perth today stick he done ya a nice turn there not long ago I think .
The handicapper has had a go at him since then STH. I am NOT on Mandacious Harpy either before anyone asks! Just for you Ron. He has had three winning horse by far the best of which is SCOTCH WARRIOR who has won seven times. He has only trained winners over chases. Not a single hurdle winner and not a single place in a bumper!
Interesting betting on the Perth 2:10 Ningo Express 2/5 - 1/2 - 8/11 Question is, bet of the day or lay of the day now? I say BET
