Wes Hoolahan anyone? http://www.first4lcfc.co.uk/blog/leicester-and-villa-chase-experienced-midfielder/ I've always like this guy tbf ... a poor man's Deco perhaps but nevertheless he has great technique ...
If we are to play 4-2-3-1 I feel we need a natural and experienced head to play in the number 10 role behind the striker, Nuge could get by or even King but hoolahan is natural there so this would be a good signing
I'd have Hoolahan, but you'd imagine the door is pretty open for him to join Villa now that Norwich have been relegated.
Quite happy it's not true he's coming to us. Forest are after that Excelsior striker, Lars Veldwijk, that we were linked with as well. I wonder if the sources that linked us with these players heard they were in talks with East Midlands club and assumed it was us because we're in the Prem.
Ghana striker Majeed Waris from Spartak Moscow http://www.first4lcfc.co.uk/blog/clubs-join-race-for-ghana-striker/
He'll do well there, looks like they could be one of the favourite, along with Derby, to kick on from last season.
Vincent Aboubakar ... playing for Cameroon in Brazil ... http://www.leicestermercury.co.uk/T...ted-Cameroon/story-21211891-detail/story.html
Heard good things about him, he's very highly rated. You'd imagine we wouldn't have a chance though with Chelsea sniffing around.
... you have a point but I think younger players are beginning to wake up to the reality of going to Chelsea i.e going out on loan like Lukaku ... yes we still have the 'bright lights' of London and the wages to contend with but we will no doubt emphasise the realistic opportunity of first team football in the most televised and competitive league in the world ...
"Wes Morgan, Andy King, Danny Drinkwater, Jeff Schlupp, Matty James, Ritchie De Laet, Jamie Vardy, Anthony Knockaert and Liam Moore are among the players with just one year remaining on their current contracts." Oh dear, same again next summer then!!
Difference is, if they look like they can cut it in the Prem between now and Christmas, we can begin negotiations before the summer.
Feyenord striker Graziano Pelle http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...n-rated-Feyenoord-striker-Graziano-Pelle.html
Cameroon midfielder Raoul Loe ... http://www.express.co.uk/sport/foot...-up-move-for-2m-Cameroon-midfielder-Raoul-Loe
Good God! I forgot all the bull that comes with being a Prem side. Hard to know what's really going on.
