Just had a good look at the Diomed Stakes again. The 5/2 Gregorian looks massive. Only Highland Knight and Penitent have comparable form, and they both have penalties. Can't really see why Graphic is so well backed, what have I missed?

    16:00 Epsom - Taghrooda

(John Gosden's charge has been impressive so far and has done everything required of her. Should relish the extra distance on breeding).

DEJA BOUGG 50/1 Bath 8.00 is from a winning family and looks fancied for an unfashionable yard. Worth a small each way if you can get. My attempt with Corals waz restricted but on with Tote.

I'm not sure if this counts as a tip or not but i just nipped into me local Coral shop after work to put a placepot on for Epsom and the bloke in front of me put £4000 on Abseil to win the 3:20 Epsom at 5/2 paid in cash! If nowt else it made me feel really inadequate stood there waiting patiently to put my £1 placepot on!

In my local Corals they would turn you away if you had £40 on a horse.

    Fair play to them.

In that case there could be a very good reason why they took this bet!

There's a bloke lives near me and he's always lumping a couple of grand on tote place bets. never seen a bookie refuse his cash - but then he loses more often than he wins.

Probably my divorce when the wife found out I'd spent £4k on a chuffing horse race!
