Quite a lot of names were mentioned for our worst ever CB's but the clear winner was Gus Cesar, can't say I knew who he was before this? and 2nd place was Izzy Iriekpen! so.... Time I've been watching city we've had murray and adomah on the wings.. not bad eh.. So like redprintt I'm going to have to go for wagstaff, mainly because I haven't been watching long enough to see a bad player
same problem, but I don't think Wagstaff deserves it, got 6 goals and 6 assists this season. Can't name him as the worst ever Bristol City right midfielder as its not true. Refuse to believe Redprintt hasn't seen a worse RM in his time supporting city.
Junior Bent- He could beat half the opposition with lightning pace and then would blaze the ball into row Z from about 3 yards out. Would have been worth a lot of money but had no idea where the goal was, a bit like Sproule really. Will give it to Bent. he was even shorter than LJ
Danny Haynes played out there at times? Not sure he deserves it but was worse than Sproule, Wagstaff, Albert and Murray. Oo Kevin Betsy? I can't really remember him too well though in all honesty.
Gorden Owen without a shadow of doubt. Penalty taker par excellence! Henpecked as well. PS Kevin Betsy is also a good shout.
Junior Bent scored some valuable match winning goals for us some he doesn't come close to being shamed, but Kevin Betsy is a very good shout !
What about Ralph Milne? Once decent televised game for us got him a transfer to Old Trafford, and considered by many to be Fergie's worse ever signing, must have a chance of getting in this team?
Goodfellow's a good shout - scored a late goal in Tinman's 400th game at Notts County, but did sod all else
We seem spoilt for choice and the wasters, never wases, incompetents come flooding back to the front of our brain. Put those that don't get the winning vote on the benches - we'll need either lots of or a bloody long bench.
