In terms of free agents - Ridgewell always looks reliable and seems to love the midlands and John Heitingha could be that experienced defender.
Molla Wague to join Anthony Knockaert and Riyad Mahrez at Leicester http://www.express.co.uk/sport/foot...thony-Knockaert-and-Riyad-Mahrez-at-Leicester
Never heard of him, but a young, French centre back is exactly the sort of person I'd imagine us going for. Young players from the French leagues haven't let us down so far!
Ross McCormack back on the agenda? ... personally I'd rather Ulloa ... http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...ave-Leeds-amid-West-Ham-Celtic-Leicester.html
Possibly better than Nugent, but rediculous ammount of money and won't offer us much extra to what we already have in terms of style of play.
Quite a good summary ... like the bit about the "French Revolution" http://efootballnet.blogspot.co.uk/2014/06/leicester-city-to-add-to-their-french.html
All Southamptons progress looks like going down the pan. Manager gone already and so has Rickie Lambert I would expect Luke Shaw, Adam Lallana and Dejan Lovren plus more to move on aswell I would rather be us then them ATM
It certainly does look to be turning into a nightmare for them, Pochettino gone, Lambert gone, Lallana telling them he wants to go and the others you've mentioned possibly following suit. Not only are they losing some of their best players, but the more they lose, the more difficult recruitment becomes. We finished 16th on purpose, to avoid such issues.
Have to feel for jay Rodriguez. Looked certain to be on the plane and would probably have interested many big clubs. Now he has to start again without his England team mates.
Id be very suprised not to see us go in for Hangeland now he has been released and wants to stay in England - can see him either at us or Palace
Wouldn't of sold them. If we was forced to I would have optimistically of wanted 5M McCormack like Nugent and Vardy aren't spring chicken with 5 years+ left to play at the top level There is still question marks over all of them if there good enough for the prem
I would have been happy had we not already signed Upson. Could do with someone slightly younger. Saying that, Hangeland, at 32 years old, has been described as a "younger player" on the DQPR board
