I'm not a Joey Barton fan by any means however I cannot help but think this is an easy way of politicians and the media to avert the meaning of what he was trying to say. I agree with what he was saying and yes he said it in a poor way but what do they expect from someone like Joey Barton?? Oh first post by the way! Barton is a bell end who spouts S***e every time he opens his big mouth, Perfect recruit for any of the 4 main Political parties imho. he was right in what he said but Wrong how he said it, you can't call a Spa..... Whoops! nearly did a JOEY there! Too much political correctness and bigot or Racist accusations now. You can't put over an argument or criticism with out being accused of something! Lets get back to talking plain English without being accused of 'ism's' or are we now afraid to speak our minds in fear of the Do-Gooders and PC Brigade!
I thought this was brilliant. Aye, he's a bell end, but he is always worth a listen, and is an intelligent lad. I like him, personally, I like characters and personalities.
