Which club do you think will win the Premiership title next/first out of the following candidates? Arsenal Spurs Liverpool Man Utd
Manchester United. End of thread 3 of those teams couldnt win the league if you gave them 128 days on top or a 5 point leaqd with just a few games to go. the other is spurs........nobodies.
Harsh UIR, but brutally honest. I was hoping to engender some witty debate though so I will keep thread open. Do you think Arsenal would bottle the league five points clear, two homes and one away to go???
The team we were 5 points ahead of- we finished ahead of. The other team had games in hand- and we wern't 5 points ahead after they played those games in hand.
Arsenal would bottle the title in the 98th minute ( only 2 minutes were added on ) of the final game in which they led 5-0 with 10 minutes to go. Thats how epic a set of bottlers they are.
. No votes for them so far, even though Wenger claimed beating Hull marked a turning point for his team!! We are not convinced, but if beating Hull to win a trophy is so important for his club's development then why not go all out for a domestic cup previously???
Liverpool. Manchester United will not challenge for another 4-5 years. I could see Arsenal really pushing on next year but whether they have the bottle to win it is another question!
