Yes I do. These people rely on the reluctance of victims to come forward which is really cowardly. The woman you're referring to is only a prosecution witness anyway, he's not charged with an offence against her. The papers are simply reporting what's been said in court which is their job. Any adult kissing an 11 year old in that manner is guilty of a lot more than a simple kiss.
There's a lot of dirty old bastards ****ting themselves mate, worried what's round the corner. People like to see comeuppance for crimes, but I think very few will pay the price and even fewer victims will get justice from our legal system. That's quite often the case. 11 year olds keep all kinds of secrets about bullying, abuse and all kinds of things. If she thought it was an isolated incident there'd be no desperate need to risk being accused of lying etc. Now that he's been charged with a string of offences, against other girls, she must feel it's her responsibility to them to say what she knows.

Why say anything so damaging about one of the world's favourite performers when it was 'just a kiss'? It's only become relevant since he was arrested. She obviously coped well with it and chose not to harm the man over something so trivial ........ it doesn't look so trivial now. Which is why, I imagine, she's chosen to give her evidence. Why didn't any of the Nolans say anything at the time and leave it until years after?
Rolf Harris was one of my idols, when I was a kid the fella always had the knack of making me laugh, even as I got older and over the years I had a soft spot for the bloke, - I liked his daft Zeppelin renditions his music and art etc (I have some of his 'artwork') he always entertained me - If he is found guilty - of these awful alleged crimes it doesn't matter whenever they happened- I sincerely hope he's put away, sexual abuse of children is sick, evil, and cannot ever be forgiven because it happened years ago.

Apart from being tormented for the rest of their lives, the child then loses a father to a lengthy prison sentence. Yes I know what you mean. If I killed a man because he'd abused my kids of course I know I'm going to go to prison for it. However, I am fully prepared to do that, wouldn't do time for murder, would get diminished responsibility. All they would do is look at my service record & see why I was discharged. I might get about 7 years & do about 3. That, I'm prepared to accept for the retribution I will gain.
In the late eighties I was in a band and we backed Rolf Harris for a summer season on Yarmouth pier. Lovely bloke, great to work with and never any sign of anything sinister. Speaking as I find.
