    Close Thorp Arch till July.
    Tell players they must report back on 28/5.

    Even our oirish friends can spot the problem with this....

    Clearly he's just trying to assert his authority whether it makes any sense or not. Seems to be the kind of petty character who wants everyone to do exactly what he says and will come up with ridiculous ways of testing that.
