Giroud is not only a poor excuse for a striker but is also mentally weak. He doesn't seem willing to pull up his sleeves and get stuck in. I don't just want us to get a top striker, I want us to get a top striker and get rid of this no-mark too. Lack of commitment is a cancer in this team and it needs to be cut out.
