A week to ten days to analyse and discuss all the issues covered at the annual board meeting before making decisions and planning for next season sounds like sensible practice to me. Or would you suggest football club owners should act on impulse and make their decision there and then? They have to weigh up the fact that Allardyce will very likely keep us up until we move stadium against the fact that the fans are unhappy with the style of football - meaning season ticket sales will dwindle and therefore the Olympic stadium could be half empty for our first season there. Its a massive decision and anyone that thinks they shouldn't take some time to consider their actions is a bit daft.
Very true - but there's been the same speculation all season, you'd think they'd have an idea of what to do next by now. If not Sam who would you want?
Keep him please! For the sake of this board if nothing else. I've said all along fat Sam would be just typical.
Trixter, why are you always on the offensive mate? Nobody's had a go at the Hammers on this thread. Just chill man
