Shiny I will cooperate with you all of the way but this stinks of a request from the blue side people warning us, your members of actions if we don't obey the rules, I have never given in to their bollocks,if they insult us, our players or our owner as they did on their site today, they can expect a reaction, they got a small one, if it continues they will get a big one. We are now being told that they are building the site and they want our people to lay down, take the crap and not respond, unless it's in a way to suit them, it's a shame they didn't respect us when our requests were made when we were growing, the piss taking, the insults, the 82'rs shouts, our recent relegation, was going on until their recent demise, well hard ****, they're going to get all they deserve, if they ban us, I couldn't give a cow's toss, if you ban us its your decision. I am going to carry on taking the piss and laughing at the smelly twats in any way I'm able, If it don't suit I'm sorry.
As said wiz. It was just a message. Im not saying our fans arent allowed to give them **** on their site. Only saying that if you do, they will probably ban you. I can understand it from their point of view, when they try to attract new posters and they see us lot spamming their threads with bullshit they will be put off We can give them stick in the banter section anyway

Wiz, I am sorry for everything that I have ever done in the past to you with banter and wums. I hope you actually believe that. I am sure of it that you know due to certain circumstances that we have recently discussed that I am a very different person to how it use to be when I may have annoyed to before. I have asked Shiny for his help. There wasnt any mentions of warnings or bans or anything like that when I went to Shiny. I just asked Shiny for help if he can advise you all that we have new members who dont really know this site well and in the past we we had a little growth, things went very sour as you may remember http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/177400-Bristol-Rovers-Board. I just asked if this can be avoided this time and allow us to grow where we have an opportunity to do so. I would love our board to be half as good as yours. I have always been an open admirer of how well you Wiz and Shiny and everyone have made you board be 1 of the biggest boards on this site. If our board can be anywhere near half the size then that would be great for us all. I cant see what is wrong with that and let bygones be bygones. I am not asking any of you to actually do anything different to what you have actually been doing. You all been great with the rules that our board has which is joining in with threads and being respectful and putting banter where it belongs on our board. Those who come over our side is already do this and I am very grateful of this. So there is actually no change from us if that makes sense. We have had around 30 members join us in the last day or so and some who have returned after being away for some time. So far 1 new person has said 1 negative thing about Lansdown which I can see that may upset all of you. That is why I have gone to Shiny asking for his help. A friendly person on your own board instead of me who some of you dislike for example. Who are you most likely to listen to? Last time didnt go so well for me when I asked you all to go along with what we are doing so hopefully you may take the advise fro 1 of your own someone who you know I get on well with and its a good sign where we keep good relations. I appreciate that you want to defend on of your own (players, former players, staff, fans etc etc) and I have done that myself in the past when the Hollowhead threads come out. So I do get it. I am just asking the way you respond to that comment on that thread, is not like a 'in your face' reply that you scare them off the site. Discuss the comment etc. Let them at least explain themselves and settle here 1st. We just want to grow thats all. And to be clear again nothing from you reds has been wrong on our board so I am not moaning or warning or anything like that. I just planning ahead in case it kicks off as it did before which is all that I am trying to avoid. I think my request has been taken the wrong way. Shiny, thank you again for your help. Where was this new found empathy when we were relegated last year then? The sags have suddenly become all precious now by the sounds of it. They gave it out last year so they should get some back!
I want to respond but honestly I can't think of an answer for you, my only thoughts are for our club, and our members, as always and you all ready know that, plus the fact I have not mentioned any names, just requested respect for our people, the same as you are asking for them..
I think we've given it back enough, look at OTIB, plus 17 pages on here. It won't be ending trust anytime soon trust me but I think their mod is doing the right thing for their posters
To be honest I can see it from your view as they have targeted you personally in recent years with some disgusting comments. But best thing to do is leave their page for the gas and just laugh at them over here, everyone's happy then
I have spoken to cjs recently, we have built bridges, it may not be important but I requested him to be a mate, we have both had personal things happen in our lives recently which affected us and that is 1 reason why I stood down, I respect him for his efforts, I have no feelings at all for his club and their progress, good or bad, to be honest I enjoyed the old days and life carries on. Nuff said..
