As far as I can see, the club have still not handed over the deeds to the Red Lion, although there seems to be doubt what is going on over that.
http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sp..._to_spend_three_weeks_of_pre_season_in_Italy/ Then we can collect any unfit players or injured players from Udinese before they start their season, just to help them out of course.
Do the club have someone else in mind and are waiting to see if a deal can be done? http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sport/11200861.Almunia_yet_to_discuss_future_with_Hornets/
So after all the doubts Luke O'Nien is staying. http://www.watfordfc.com/news/article/140513-onien-new-contract-1549892.aspx
Only twelve months though - is it just me, or does anyone else think that that means the club are not entirely convinced about him?
Im over the moon!! He has given enough blood, sweat and hard work to earn this numerous times over. I just hope he gets a chance to shine now.
There was a comment along the lines that youngsters would only be given a contract if they had a realistic chance of playing in the first team within a year, so he must have hopes.
Marlon King jailed for 18 months for dangerous driving: Caused a pile-up whilst eating an ice cream...............
A pity they don't dish out sentences like that to mobile phone users, smokers etc, although i would have to plead guilty to eating. We should all just concentrate on driving.
Last week there was a pile up on a local road when a car was battered by a large wild boar. The lady driver was unhurt, but her car was a total write off. The lady involved, although shaken, telephoned her husband to come and rescue her and to bring the trailer. The wild boar is now captured in their freezer. It seems that despite being out for days on end, the chasse failed to spot this beast that I am told was very large. They cause numerous accidents every year, sometimes fatal.
me too mate have known that these lads were getting kept made me happy and improved my general mood no end Long live Harefield academy.
Sounds like Merkel won't be coming back - a rather abrupt comment from a club spokesman at the end of this article would seem to suggest that. http://www.standard.co.uk/news/crime/football-star-in-ram-raid-terror-at-hampstead-home-9383630.html
"The man who lives there drives a Maserati and obviously has a lot of money. He is a footballer and has not lived there long". Hmmmm.....
All 5 of the guys have given their blood sweat and tears for the club and deserve their deals. I cant wait to see more of them in the first team and for them to show what they can do.
