If I can do my first-ever marathon, at the age of 60 (so no dream is unobtainable)....QPR can win tonight
    Come on uRRRRS

OK...it was a walking marathon...WalkTheWalk and it took us 10 hours (admin problems during and after the start caused serious bottlenecks) and although I had trained to walk 26.4 miles...I hadn't trained to walk 10 hours...so actually really proud and we finished in style, and in good order.
So please RRRRs, round off my great weekend tonight....with a win....please!!

Well done Beth. Serious effort. I 'ran' the London Marathon on 2008 so I can relate to the satisfaction that you now feel - and the pain!

Fair dues to you Beth. It shows what is possible if you really want something bad enough. QPR players, take note!

Good on ya Beth. Any day spent on your feet for 10 hours can't have been nice. You've put your shift in now let's hope you get your reward by enjoying the result tonight. Getting that result my not be pleasant but it's the result that matters.

Well done Beth, put your feet up you deserve it.

Friends of mine did it last years, they said similar, while training they were walking at their own pace but during the walk they had a lot of people slower than them which made it a totally different challenge for them. The funny thing was they thought slower made it harder for them.
