Reports that Ashley is sticking with Pardew

I think it all stems from an Alan Oliver article so I'm hopeful it's made up, but sadly it remains a scenario that we can all imagine only too well.

We hit our targets for the season. Ashley is happy.

 

Ashley must have had a quiet minute to himself wondering what else he can do to wind us all up. There we have it another season of Pardew excuses and `` not getting over the line `` attempts to sign decent players.

 

Not surprised by this.

 

Pardew will never leave as long as Ashley is here, sadly.

 

Wouldn't be surprised. Achieved what Ashley wants and on a shoestring budget.

 

Reports that Ashley has given all staff at the club a 10% bonus as they have hit the target of finishing in the top 10.

 

He has achieved his target so why would Ashley sack him and on what grounds? Ashley may have get out clauses in Pardews contract but can hardly exercise them when targets have been met so it will be expensive to pay off Pardew and his staff. I suspect Pardew will stay. Like others say, the target has been met on a shoestring too so Ashley will be well happy.
I would love a change too btw just saying i also suspect we wont get it and why.

 

Anal Oliver is the least reliable NUFC journalist alive. On top of that, his rag is banned by the club. If anyone's a WUM in this, it's that clown. As has been said countless times, no-one has a fcking clue what Ashley's going to do. He may well stick with Pardew, in which case today is my last game as I'll be on sabbatical until one or both leave the club. But he could just as easily sack him at 14:55. Or half time.

We'll know by 11am on Friday. It's the return of the announcement.

 

I'd love to bump into Pardew at a petrol station or a supermarket. I'm not sure which one I'd like to gob on....his suit or his eye.

 

Petrol station would be a dangerous place to bump into him...pump in hand and he walks across with his smug grin.

Seems theres lots of anti Pards / Ashley banners going to Anfield today.

 

Oddly, I get the feeling that the more we do it, the less likely change is. Reverse psychology - we should all sing Pards' name loud and proud for 90 minutes solid, and half-time. Maybe then Ashley will sack him.

 

Pardew is going nowhere since when has Ashley ever done the right thing.
