I appreciate your comments. Firstly, it is not a rival site. They cover all sports, around the world and are driven by social media interactions from sports stars and fans. Secondly in case you are thinking this I do not work for them. They are one of my clients, however. They work through promotion, word and mouth from those with a passion and enjoyment for sport and online betting (for those who are into that side of it). No one is asking anyone to participate in anything that they don't want to. People can simply enjoy the site for its content that suits all tastes. Why not have a look and see when it goes live in early June. If its not for you after having a look then fine no problem. I will let people know nearer the time when it goes live
I'm not saying it isn't allowed. I'm really not sure what the site admin would think but it sounds like a rival site to me.
I couldn't figure out if it was another online bookie or a streaming site. Bookie more likely obviously seeing as streaming would be illegal, but the first impression for that advert for a new product is live streaming. Either way you look at it, this is an advert for something commercial.
