If Norwich do win, unlikely but possible, then they will need to beat Arsenal next week as well to climb above us. Wenger's team selection for that game might be interesting if there was a chance their FA Cup Final opponents could be relegated if they lost.....
Really wish we didn't have to think about other results. Just saw MOTD this morning and I didn't recognise that particular Hull City. Hope this means the real Hull City are saving themselves to get 3 points on Tuesday.
So for us to get relegated Norwich have to beat Chelsea and Arsenal and we have to lose to Manchester United and Everton or get one draw and goal difference go against us. I think we are safe but mid table would have helped with recruitment. But we still have Bruce!
you have nothing to worry about. we have none of the grit or individual skill that sunderland have shown in recent weeks. Our team are a lame horse at the moment, and the kindest thing that could happen is a shotgun to the head. Seriously we are terrible. We need the championship now simply to remember how to play football worth watching again. Well done on a good first season at the top table guys, you made some inspired signings early on, and have for the most played a good brand of football, best luck next year!
Very generous of you. When we played you in the first game it was surprisingly easy, albeit with a ...ahem... 'cheap' pen. Couldn't believe the lack of fight you showed that day- expected to be pinned in our own half but in the event it was like playing a Championship team.
Norwich haven't a cat in hells chance of beating Chelsea. I have said before with the run in they have the chances of them getting anymore points at all are nil. As far as I am concern Norwich are the other relegated team and it will be confirmed this afternoon.
Norwich have a tough day according to Sporting Life! Football live! Arsenal host Norwich in the first of two Super Sunday games in the Barclays Premier League, while Chelsea can go top if they beat Norwich later. It's live!
So Norwich are playing both Chelsea & Arsenal on the same day. Wow tough fixture list. Think Mourinho will have his players up for this. Even if you don't have anything to play for, the top teams usually want to finish well.
