For anyone even remotely interested, it's been confirmed the shooting was miles from the stadium, had nothing to do with the football and the bloke shot is ok.
Inside the stadium, people were injured by the flares and other pyrotechnics taken in, including a fireman ffs, you know, wearing firemanny stuff. How the **** anyone can think these things create a better atmosphere when all they do is hold games up, cause injuries and obscure the view of the actual game is baffling.
No they weren't, completely untrue. A single fireman received treatment cos his ears were ringing after a loud banging flare went off.
Do you honestly think I was being serious about three people being shot by flares? Because I wasn't. I just knew you'd fly off the handle. As usual.
It's true I tell you. Two were shot with distress flares and one was pinged by a shamooli. Obviously the shamooli has caused more damage.
Shootings, violence, flares, the whole cherbang. A proper football match the likes of this country will sadly never see again with absurd safety laws and Molly coddled types fearing death by poisoning or asphyxiation from a little bit of harmless non toxic smoke or having to stand for a gruelling 90 minutes with a 15 minutes sit down bro halfway through. I cannot wait to visit some foreign stadia in the Europa league where we can once again experience a football match the way it's supposed to be.
