    He had his day just like Bobby Charlton , Geoff Hurst , Gary Lineker , Peter Beardsley , Terry Butcher , Bryan Robson , Chris Waddle etc etc. Yet you don't pick up your paper or go onto a website every bloody day reading how desperately he wants to be involved. Obviously not getting much loving on the home front!

    You see I know someone would post that, and I have it in good right that Tiote used his godly might to change the very fabric of time just long enough for Ameobi to actually be allowed to be part of our Olympic team <ok>

    TBF to him i was never a huge fan of his when he was playing. Actually he's still playing isn't he but you know what i meant, when he was an England regular and was at Man U or Real, but i am very impressed with the way he continues to do things just for football and i would like to see him at the Olympics just because he always seems willing to put the effort in for football even when he's not involved

    Can someone explain why Northern Ireland, Wales and Scotland dont want to be involved?

    I dont understand why their so against it?

    Remember than managers such as Arsewipe Wenger have said that anyone playing in Euro 2012 won't play in the Olympics - a la Carroll et Wilshere

    Actually Cardiff, Swansea and Wrexham are all registered with the English FA. Similarly, The New Saints are now based in England, but are registered with the Welsh FA.

    Because they're worried at some point FIFA will make the GB team permanent, despite FIFA explicitly saying they won't. You'd think FIFA had a bad track record or something...
