Im here now, been queing 2 hrs max and im near the ticket office ,not bad at all, was expecting 6 hrs plus
Only 1 person in front of me at about 5.45. I wanted a side view but unfortunately nothing left on the south east side in the 520's and most good ones behind goal gone. In the end I got a ticket in block 503 - which wasn't even listed as an option!
It's ****e, you can't see half the stadium, you're one row from the back completely underneath the bit of club wembley that hangs over, the only atmosphere that reaches you is what's right in front of you, the top tier may as well not exist. I was on row 43 for the semi and it was a bit annoying.
Whilst I would agree that it's nice to have the block and row you want at Wembley I'd put it 3rd behind who you end up sat by and the quality of the game. For the semi-final I had what I thought was a decent seat half way up block 113. Unfortunately it was spoilt by the conflict between the stand uppers and sit downers which led to a fight. What was happening on the pitch in the first half didn't help much either. Things picked up both on the pitch and in block 113 in the second half. However if I had the choice between what happened in block 113 in the first half and sitting on the back row under the Club Wembley overhang which also happened to deposit the entire sewerage contents of Club Wembley onto my head every few minutes and have a cow fall through the Club Wembley overhang onto my head ( for anyone familiar with AP ) I'd choose the back row option, no hesitation.
Certainly, but I still had the Chelsea supporting grannies on the back row ushering me to sit down It's a gamble you have to take wherever you end up.
That's odd. I don't remember 503 being available to anybody originally. They must have held onto it for the pass holders who didn't go to the semi.
We might be stupid but unlike you Billy no mates, I had to get 11 tickets all together, try doing that on the phone, clever twat
I too was in 113 for the semi and it wasn't pleasant first half I would agree! It did put people on edge a bit I thought. Decided to go in a completely different area for the final.
Does anyone know if there is a queue this morning? I have rung the ticket office non stop since 8 and I'm getting nowhere.
