Question, would you take Pardew moving 'up' in the club (keeps in line with his "long term" comment, I don't think he explicitly said he expected to be MANAGER in the long term......) and a new manager coming into the club???

Hmmmm. Not sure I'e seen evidence of him making a good Director Of either.

Would he seal any deals and get players over the line? I really don't know.

Would he help sort the academy, reserves and facilities? I really don't know.

Would I prefer a fresh start with somebody completely new? Yes.

Aye but if it menat we got a new manager? We need a change, the tide of anger towards him is rising. The whole atmosphere around the place is terrible.

He'd still be there so it would be just like having Kinnear in the background again. If deals didn't go through we'd be giving him grief, partly BECAUSE it's him. Yes to a new manager. No to Pards for DofF. If it were the ONLY way we get a new manager, then I really don't know.

    Not for me.

If that's the case we may as well give the manager's position to Shola. Pardew has no experience as a DoF so it's more than likely he'll fail in that position.

We need people in positions that they're actually qualified for.

So put it another way - Pardew as manager, or Pardew as DoF? No other option, one or the other.

That's what I meant, if it was the only way, I'd take it. In an ideal world all the rotten elements would be removed, owner, manager, backroom staff, a good portion of the players, the administration staff/deal makers.

Pardew needs to just leave the club - Like the other parasites before him; Wise, Jimenez and Kinnear.

I wouldnt have him anywhere near the DOF role.

The interesting thing about Pardew is the worse his record gets the more unemployable as a manager he becomes........assuming one day he will be sacked or at the end of his 8 year contract.

Yes as long as he is kept away from the first team.

You'd have to be in dire straits to employ him after this debacle.

Just kick his arse out back to London and let one of his own lot put up with him.

I'd gladly drive the prick down there at my own expense. Stop off a couple of times on the way to give him a good slap.

Just give his P45 and let him be on his way.

We've already got a Chief Exec in place to sort out the transfer deals.
Director of Football is just another parasite getting in the way.

If he eventually leaves you can guarantee he'll be on the Goals on Sunday sofa waxing lyrical about Mike Ashley to Chris Kamara....

The meek shall inherit the earth apparently - and they've already made base camp in our dressing room....
