Danilo Avelar's been heavily linked to come from Cagliari, supposedly had his bags packed in January. Vincent Ibarbo too, although that's very unlikely, he's been linked to top European clubs and is going to the WC with Colombia.
I'd expect most of our summer signings to come from Serie B on the cheap. Seems to be here most of the more likely rumours are coming from.
I disagree with Glory's reasoning for not taking Macheda, but I do agree with not taking Macheda, he isn't very good and think a promotion chasing team should have someone better upfront than him.
What about Tabanelli, Ekdal and the others that "almost signed in January" (think Dessena was one of em also) there was about 9 of em. I've seen a couple articles on em recently but nothing concrete to suggest we are looking at em again.
Agree 100% I don't believe the UK papers will get a single rumour correct. Cellino will be making the signings so no more managers bringing in their old garbage from a previous team.
Updated with the couple of Cagliari rumours from Simon, Josh is right though, we have and will continue to be linked with most of their starting XI so they can come under "Every Italian Player" until some more concrete rumours surface

IF we're going for Rochdale and Southend players something says that McDonut is staying on. I can't see a foreign manager wanting to buy those types of players
Charlton fans at the valley last weekend say we had club reps watching Sordell... Apparently he put a shift in (very unusual).... I think he is on loan there from Bolton and they would like his wages off their books.
