Shockingly my missus has arranged to meet her parents for lunch at 1230. Which means I'm most likely going to miss the match & pre match build up. I do not have sky per se, I got the code from my dad's so I watch sky go on my Xperia.

Question is, is there anyway I can record the match & build up and watch back via my mobile? Alternativly would it be possible for my dad to record his end & I can access and watch?

If not is there any sites or alternative I can use to watch the whole thing when I return from lunch?
I know sky post the matches on catch up but that's the following day.

    Thanks

  2. Prioritise and refuse to go. Or insist on a pub thats showing the game

To be fair I ditched her to go to old Trafford to watch the match a few weeks back & she had already booked a hotel, she wernt happy but didn't give me any grief.

Her parents are moving back to Scotland so I HAVE to go, I'm so low right now, MOTD is not the same, I need to watch the full 90!

Ask your dad to record it on his sky box, download the Sky+ app, I'm not 100% sure but I think you can watch it on there.

  5. If all else fails and can manage to avoid the scores for ten hours, you could watch the full game on LFC TV (assuming you have that channel)

Yeah looked into this, unfortunately you can't watch through sky + just download. Oh well I should be back home by 3pm so can watch the 2nd half anyway, cheers lads.

Sky go is awesome but I'm suprised you cant watch your recorded programmes as and when you want! Then again I shouldn't complain, my old man might cut me off.

my thought is you need sky go extra to download

please note you need to prepare the way here.

    1. you need to set up a sky account and password
    2. you need to register the device as sky go let you have only 2 and change once per month. go extra allows 4.
    3. download app
    4. make sure you have wifi at all times as download is only via wifi

i am sky go but not extra so i do not know what is available to download i habve no idead if it it on demand content which means the match is unlikely ir what

Good shout, they might think I have a healthy cocaine habit but I don't mind the stigma if I get to see Suarez win a pen in front of Maureen.
