Nunawading in the Australian league picked them for a laugh in the 70s and watched them climb to the top division.

Everton because of my grandad. Went to see them loads as a kid, when Cottee and Sharpe played up front. As soon as I was old enough to go to footy on my own I went straight to Sunderland.

York City. Lived here for over 18 years so it makes sense really. Otherwise it could have been Spurs. My granddad is from Enfield and is a huge Spurs fan. Thankfully not <laugh>

AS Roma. Been to see them a few times. Not sure why, it started back in the c4 football italia days. Totti is my all time favourite player. Went to the Rome derby a few years back - insane!

    Bromsgrove Sporting F.C. http://bromsgrovesporting.co.uk/

I can walk to the ground.
It's only a couple of quid to get in.
You can sit or stand wherever you want (including in the bar where you still have a decent view <cheers>).
The kids get to chase and throw back a few balls every game which keeps them quiet.
    People still take rattles :)
Their 1980's (when they were Bromsgrove Rovers) long time ex-captain is my neighbour

However, the standard of football is piss poor.

How many Liverpool fans will, after the past 6 days, have Sunderland as their second team!!

    Chester City (now just Chester).

Had a season ticket there when I was a kid, before I could afford to traipse around the country after The Lads...

    Tranmere.

Can't figure it myself. Oh yeah, and any team Pirlo plays for.
