As much as I hate Liverpool it looks like they're gonna win the league, unless Chelsea do something. My question is, will we get our million pounds and what difference will it make to next season for us.
Why would anyone with any taste want a bunch of CHAVS to win the league? I see locals in Fareham donning Chelsea shirts!! Ugh!! Hope Atletico stuff them in the Champions League as well!!
£1 million out of the blue, would be a nice amount for Pompey to receive. Hope the scousers do it for themselves , and of course for PFC
If it's true about the £1M, where will it go? There have been two administrations since then and so two CVAs. Can it go to a company that did not exist at that time?
Dunno - but you can bet your bottom dollar that our lawyers are looking into that question! Logic suggests that as we own the debts of the previous administrations, we must also own the assets. Here's hoping

Say we could pay off Yebda, Henderson, Halford, Rocha, Ashdown and Pearce and we'd be over 19,653 better off per month or 235,836 per year. That's not an unsubstantial amount. Bare in mind we could probably afford to pay off a few more players also and reduce our outgoings even further (I was just playing it conservative by saying 6 players). I'd massively transform the club.
Agree with the logic 3rd eye but where did logic ever enter into things with the nefarious dealings of our past? Here's hoping this one does go in our favour. If it does, I will drink a toast to Peter Storrie and Steve Gerrard, not two people who are normally top of my list to do so!
I wouldn't bother with the toast to Storrie, he's already admitted that it was a normal practice clause in those days. We'll probably find the clause contains a 20% bonus payment to him anyway. Cynical? Moi? Nah.... never
We have all but lost the £1 million payment, as Liverpool who were 3-0 up at Palace, ended up drawing 3-3 ! The 2 points dropped have all but handed the title to Man. City Boy, couldn't we have done with that money........
