Ok, we all watch feeds when we can't get to the game or when we're away, but I was wondering, some of these links say to download a player, like some sort of media player. My question is, does anyone ever download these players? I've been tempted sometimes when I can't get City clearly enough. The problem I have is these sites already create loads of pop ups & my anti virus keeps popping up, so I don't really want to be deliberately downloading something that might give my laptop a virus. Also a mate of mine told me of one Russian site, can't remember the name, but he said to download the player & it was clear as anything.
I never ever, not no ever even ever think about downloading, just find the little bastard of an x and **** em off.
Never click a link from a flash stream telling you to download something. However, if you are talking about sites like Wiziwig offering Sopcast or Acestream links then yes those are safe. You download the Sopcast player and then click on the links from Wiziwig. The quality is much better, often HD but you need a better internet connection.
NEVER click on anything on those sites. Use something like AdBlock Plus - works a treat for me on Firefox for Firstrowsports.
Use Chrome browser then install ADBLOCK and it's extras. Never see a popup just the little x to select. Use WIZIWIG and stream bandwidths 200 - 400
It depends what players you download. Torrent stream players like Acestream and Sopcast are fine, and Wiziwig usually have a decent number of streams for these (particularly the big games) I would avoid the others like the plague as they will either include a keylogger, or time-delayed ransomware which may or may not be picked up by your antivirus software
