Chazz is still enjoying Miff's part 3 thread, he'll be out of action for a wee while.

Davies will have Giroud in his pocket, Meyler/Livermore will have to work very hard to control their midfield but we can hurt them. Longavic will be fresh as.

    2-2

Best way to get something from the game is to attack! Some teams park the bus, but always come unstuck. Tora, tora, tora!!! :)

Something tells me we'll be going 5 at the back today.
Hope this doesn't mean hoof ball to Long and Jelly.

I think the way Arsenal play will inevitably mean some 'hoofball' from us, regardless of what formation we play. Let's hope Jelavic can unsettle them and we get some runners from midfield to support the front two.

Chazz is off to Benidorm today aint he?

I'll admit to being quite nervous about today. We really could use the 3 points. Its a could go either way game, if we play defensively well and JLo are on form, we should be capable of beating them, however, Ramsey seems to be trying to prove a point, and if they play like they can at their best, we will lose.

I'd take a point in all honesty.

I'm a bit nervous today. if we turn them over we might make the giant angry for the FA Cup final.

All depends whether we just drop back behind the ball admiring their passes and interplay, or whether we force a high tempo game and catch them on the break when they're pushing up.

I will be happy with a point, but have a feeling SB might go for 352, but would prefer 442.

Let's hope we get another chance to dust this down. Yesterday came suddenly.

I have to fess up Chazz, your offspring put me up to it! He says he didn't want to go to Tenerife, he wanted to go to Benidorm instead and hang around with some lady called Madge Harvey. Does that mean anything to anyone?

Have a good break - and many thanks again mate!

I fancy our chances if Thudd, Jake and Meyler play like they did in the second half against the Blades. I expect Curtis and Chezza to keep their strikers in pocket, hope they play that ****house Sanogo again. Long and Jelly need to play like demons today. I'm going to be optimistic and say a repeat of the Liverpool match - 3-1 to City.

I'll go one better. 4-1 City. And yes, I have had a bottle of wine with lunch.
