No arguments from me Norway. You could see from day one Bony was going to be a class player, just took a bit of time to get up to speed.

Must say Routledge is now showing his true potential, his skill level is on another level to some of our players.

On my player of the year, still have Bony at 1 and Routs up to 2 & Leon slipping down to 3. Thats your top three pop pickers!! :D

I've been a massive advocate of Routledge all season. He's definitely my player of the year and don't see that changing any time soon based on the performances of some of his team mates. I'm glad to see him finally look settled at a club and hopefully his excellent form will be recognised by Roy Hodgson (it might not benefit Swansea as his profile would increase exponentially around the world, but I think he thoroughly deserves a chance).

someone needs to make a video of all the skill that Routs has done over the past few games. He is looking our best player...So confident, and dangerous. Add some goals to that now.
His skill has been unreal at times. glad to have him here

That flick and turn in the second half to beat his man was just class , perhaps he has found his spiritual home here with us .He's enjoying his football as much as I enjoy watching him .

I thought that trick would have made Soccer AM, but if it did I missed it.
Thought he was a PL journey man when he joined, he has just got better and better.

Everton plan a 24 million bid for Bony in the summer , hope he stays but ....24 million is a good first bid from the first team interested.Could go above 30 million by the time all teams get involved . Whoever brought Bony in , and I dont care who it was , bless you .

Dyer's crossing is dire. He is not skinning people like Routledge can and does, neither is he as consistent. We are talking fine degree of differences here, but differences none the less. Dyer turns hot and cold in terms of taking players on.

JDG is not a speed merchant out wide, but he works into good positions and his crossing is superior. Monk is playing JDG in preference to Dyer for a reason. JDG can also switch inside with Pablo let's say and provides a different approach to the #10 slot in that instant.

We cannot sell Bony. Whether through luck or judgement we have a solid, goal scoring threat on our hands, and superb defender of set pieces that has become the difference between life and death for us this season. He is irreplaceable for the mere fact that he does the job and anybody else at a lower prices is going to be a punt.

We sold Scotland while in the Championship and never managed to replace him the following season. This is a similar scenario.

We sell Bony only when we have a bona fide replacement already on the books. Otherwise the risk is too great .... for me.

Did anyone else notice Bony hitting his chest and pointing to the floor which to me looked like he was saying I'm staying?

I'd chew my arm off to have Bony stay for the 2014 - 2015 season ..... but 30 million or so sure would create a nice shopping trip if need be . Like I say , I want to keep him but the money is a massive consolation if push comes to shove . Im at least equally concerned about losing Routledge , especially to a recent manager should he land a team in the summer .

Agree 100% with that. Money in the bank isn't everything.

Money in the bank is never equal to boots on the field. A player that can and does is worth his weight in gold not money. Money is just .... money. I've never it score a goal.

And I also noticed that gesture from Bony when he scored yesterday. It's not the first time he has done that - in fact he has done it a few times before. Didn't he comment on it in an interview once, something about it being an inside or personal thing.

Bony has expressed openly that he's aiming for a Champions League team and at least he's honest about that. If any club outside that comes in for him he may not move but if they do he'll be off whether we like it or not.

There are a couple of players that do well together but my biggest regret this season is seeing Michu being a shodow of his former self. A fully fit and functioning Michu in behind Bony would have been awesome. Top half would have been a given imo. Whether they can actually play together is another debate. I'm not sure we've seen enough of them together when both are fit to come to any conclusion.

Dyer is a winger. De Guzman is a midfielder. Why are we playing a midfielder on the wing when we've got a fit winger available?

Things would have been a bit easier with Dyer on the wing imo , bit surprized he didn't start but as I've said before , heard through the gravevine that Dyer and Monk had words during the week.
