Anyone seen the thread on the Liverpool board about Villas-Boas joining Chelsea? They're all upset in case the lad does join and does well. Why? There are 44 replies on that post and only 1 mentions him becoming Liverpool manager and that post states after Kenny. The post is about the possibility of Chelsea becoming a major force under this obviously talented manager. It's a debate you lot may be interested in.
I agree it is interesting that the lad could go to Chelsea however I find the comments about the lack of Utd fans failing to land on your board to comment about the situation amusing. Sounds like quite a few Liverpool fans wanted him at Anfield and are a little put out he's headed to London.

I was amused by that as well. Seems like they were looking for some United fans to come and post! Ah, they just can't live without us AVB to Chelsea, well they were either going to end up with him or Hiddink. Villas-Boas will probably have a good chance of being a long term success at Chelsea, but only if he can survive the Abramovich revolving doors, and avoid having his assistant sacked out from under him etc.
Chelseas thinking here is clear...... Hmmm, last time we took Portos manager it turned out really well...... Lets hire him...... Likely outcome.....fail.
